CORPORATE FINANCE EXECUTIVE

Main responsibilities
 Assesses and advises clients regarding financing requests
and translates these in bankable products and proposals;
 Pre-screens assigned syndication request to evaluate the fit within
business parameters;
 Collects and reviews loan documentation for operational feasibility,
regulatory requirements and mitigation of risks;
 Prepares memoranda for credit analysis, write-ups and financial
modeling;
 Liaises with internal and external partners on credit documentations
and ensure compliance with all requirements of the regulatory
authorities including all reporting requirements for each project.

Requirements
 Bachelor/Master (preferred) Degree in Finance, (Corporate) Law or Economics with at least 3 years of relevant experience;
 Strong character and able to deal with stress;
 Strong proficiency in legal contract management;
 IT proficient;
 Strong analytical skills;
 Proficient in financial modeling;
 Commercial/business oriented, and driven to develop a career in Investment Banking;
 Strong communication skills in Papiamento, Spanish, English, Dutch, both verbally and in writing.
