Here at this contemporary bar you find the finest sushi and more. Pick up your
chopsticks as Sushi chef Melvin Winterdal is ready to pamper you: “We make
a celebration out of it, a unique fest of taste, colors and ambiance.” The chef
has a strong love for sushi, considers it art and a culinary treat for the inside well-
being. “The taste, the presentation, it is like an art gift.”
Creative & Fresh from the Sea
Unique for the sushi here is that all rolls are created by the team itself. “We try
new things, taste it and if good enough, present it to the management. If all
have approved it, it will go on the menu.” For the near future we can expect
a more extensive sushi menu and even a seafood raw bar. “Another unique
asset is that all our fish is fresh, mostly local and if imported never frozen, but
always on an ice batch. You can taste the difference.” California Light House,

day of the week, now during holiday season even from 12 pm for lunch as well.
“Come over and taste the love for sushi while enjoying a spectacular view.”
