ORANJESTAD — Kimberley Richardson of the Aruba Tour-
ism Authority had the great pleasure to honor Aruba’s
loyal and friendly visitors as Goodwill Ambassadors of
Aruba. The Goodwill Ambassador certificate is presented
on behalf of the Minister of Tourism, as a token of appre-
ciation to the guests who visit Aruba 20 years and more
consecutively.

The honorees were couple Vincent & Lori Confreda from
Rhode Island, USA. This couple have been traveling with
their travel body named Erek the penguin for years. Erek
enjoys long walks on the beach and sipping cocktails at
the Renaissance Island with his flamingo friends.
Family Confreda stated that they love the island very
much, especially for its year-round sunny weather, nice
sandy beaches and picturesque sunsets, delicious variety
of foods, its safety, and Aruba’s warm and friendly people
who became like family to them.

Richardson together with the representatives of Renais-
sance Resort & Casino presented the certificate to the
honorees, handed over some presents and also thanked
them for choosing Aruba as their favorite vacation desti-
nation and as their home-away-from-home.q
