Communicate SOC Dates to the Referrer

 If the verified RN or PT visit is not available at the time of
request, BIC should respond to the referrer request “Yes,
willing to accept Pt.”

 “Thank You for your referral to VNSNY. Based on the
information provided on the ECIN referral, and payor
listed on ECIN, we will move forward to schedule the
patient for a visit. Should we have any issues in
coordination of care or insurance, we will reach out to
you”

 Once SOC date is verified, BIC should respond with the
“actual” SOC date as documented in the HCHB medical
record as a “verified” RN or PT visit (e.g., RN00, PT00).
