        Central Intake

        Committed to meeting
        the needs of our
        customers, our Central
        Intake department sits
        at the core of the Intake
        process, and utilizes
        advanced technology
        to provide an efficient,
        responsive, and personal-
        ized process. Patient
        services are tailored in order to provide suitable VNSNY
        programs, assuring each patient receives the safest level
        of home care.

        The Central Intake department is open 7 days a week,
        including weekends and holidays.  Weekdays from 8:30 am
        to 5:30 pm and weekends/holidays from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
