Writing an Invitation Letter
Formal and Casual

location. There are two types of invitation, formal and casual.
Formal → Formal letter of invitation is used for official or special occasions, employing a
structured format and polite language.
Casual → Casual letter of invitation is used for casual events among friends and family,
with a more relaxed and personal tone.
