Write the story in 300 words.

Chris Donovan got out the truck. His friends had put him up to this, but he really didn't
want to. He got out his flashlight and camcorder. He turned on the flashlight. It was 10:30
p.m.; all he had to do was stay for twelve hours. He grabbed his sleeping bag and turned on
the flashlight then he got two extra batteries, just in case the flashlight went out. He sighed,
held the camcorder to his face and said, "If you guys see this video, I hate you. And I'm
going to get revenge." He went into the deep, dark, and creepy woods.
Ring! Ring! It was his cell phone. The person who was calling was his friend Luke.
"Hello?" He said. "How are the woods? Have you met Slendy?" Said Luke chuckling.
"Ha ha very funny," Chris hanged up enraged.
"If I had just picked truth, Katie wouldn't be able to dare me into doing this," he said to
                  himself angrily.
Chris found a spot to sleep at. He put the bag down, rolled it out and sat on it then he put
his camera on the ground to where it could record him sleeping. He got comfortable and
ready to sleep. But it's hard to sleep when you're in the creepiest part of a forest with a
mythical monster roaming the place. Every time Chris heard a sound, he'd get up and look
around frantically trying to find out what made it. But nothing showed up, so he'd reassure
himself that it was a raccoon or some animal living in the darkest and creepiest part of the
forest. He looked at his phone and it started to turn off.
"Great," he said to himself, "I get stuck in the slender woods and I have no way of contacting
anyone." He thought about leaving and telling everyone he stayed, but then they'd want him
to show them the video. "Maybe I'll tell them I lost it." He said to himself. But then they
would tell him it didn't count and he'd have to stay another night in the woods. "Ah forget it,
I'll just sleep!" He said to himself. He lay down and stared at the camera angrily. Then he fell
                  asleep.

As soon as he was asleep, the camera caught something in the background. It was a
mannequin-like thing behind Chris. The camera started going static and the audio got
distorted then the man disappeared and the camera went to normal. After an hour and
thirty minutes Chris woke up. He saw the camera almost out of battery. Then he heard a
noise. It was footsteps. He grabbed the camera and started walking in the direction of the
noise. "Hello?" He said into the darkness. Then something, the silhouette of a man far in the
distance appeared, he walked closer to get a better look. The camera went static, Chris
                  screamed,
