My Dearest Love Reaching Ten

I see you in my thoughts and dreams, Ten years, a husband
When I awake, how real it seems. To you, my Darling Wife.
You aren't here to comfort me, A gentle hand, a smile,
But soon I hope you will be. Changed the way of life.

No one truly knows or understands; Into this we came,

You have my heart in your hands. So cautious, so burned.
My love is what you truly own. Fate in the stars, maybe,

Come soon and make our house a home. As love unfurled.

Inside those walls you are doing your time, From past ashes,
Not being here with me is your only true An everlasting flower
crime. Began full bloom,
Others in your life will come and go, Continues to tower.
But my love is true, and I'm sure you know.
How do we define it,
I may not be rich or the prettiest one, A bond so strong?
But I love you so much; you are my sun. An infinite meaning -
You light up my life every time you call. That word, four letters

When the time is up, I begin to fall. long.

You are my stars, you are my moon, Here to say thanks
Being with you will come very soon. For life rerun -
So when you sleep, take this to heart, The family, the children
No one or nothing will keep us apart. We share as one.

Ten years? Not enough -
Decades more to follow
To enjoy the adventure,
