Activity 5 This is our art.

A. Pair Work. Create a poster based on the story in silent reading session.

Here are the rules:

1. Use A3 paper or use a computer programme.
2. Decide what kind of poster it is. (a movie poster, a book poster/cover, or a play poster)
3. The poster must have a tittle, an image and all information needed.
4. The image must not be vulgar or offending.
5. It must be your original work.

B. Presentation. Present the poster that you already create in front of the class. Give some
explanations related to your poster.

Your presentation should last for approximately 7 minutes and your explanation should cover:

1. Type of posters and the reason of choosing it.
2. The reasons behind the choice of image, typefaces, typography, etc.
3. Which part of the story that inspired you to create the poster image.
4. The place to put your poster.

C. Class Voting. Discuss with your friend which poster best represents the story. Give your reasons.

Answer the questions given by your teacher to help your justification.
