CASE 1
                   A 28-year-old male patient was admitted because of infected wound on his right foot due to
                   insect bite.
                   The wound appeared dirty and with pus. The patient said that he did not give any concern to his
                   wound until he manifested fever.
                   With VS of: BP 100/80; Temperature of 39 degrees Celsius; RR of 20cpm; CR of 80bpm





                   CASE 2
                   A 51-year-old female patient was admitted with chief complaint of headache and nape pain.
                   With VS of:
                   BP of 180/100 for 3 takes with 15 minutes interval; RR of 16 cpm ; CR of 100 bpm . She had
                   maintenance drug of Valsartan 80 mg once a day, but with poor compliance to medication and
                   diet management.





                   CASE 3
                   A 40-year-old mother was admitted to the unit due to insomnia for almost 2 weeks. During the
                   interview she said that she was anxious about her job as a newly promoted bank manager and
                   shared that she was easily provoked to anger. She was admitted for proper management.









                    CASE 4
                    A 10-year-old girl was admitted with chief complaint of dysphagia. Upon inspection, tonsils are
                    swollen.
                    She is febrile with temperature of 38.5 degrees Celsius. She refuses to eat and drink fluids
                    because of pain and discomfort upon swallowing.
