When my husband said we would be staying at Secret Bay during our vacation, I thought that
would be good but never expected the place to be this wonderful. My husband and I stayed there in
January 2015. He read about this place in Travel and Leisure magazine and by the review he decided
to book a room for us. Many former costumers gave Secret Bay either 4 or 5 stars on trip advisor.
And now I know that’s not for no reason.
Main Idea : Staying at Secret Bay is a wonderful experience.

We were staying at Ti Fey bungalow. At first, it looked small, but after we unpacked we realized
that in this place everything was perfectly planned. Kitchen had all of the modern appliances
including dishwasher, washer, and drier. The living room was not big, but the balcony and view were
just great. Upstairs was the bedroom and the bathroom. The bed was big and comfortable. We were
relaxing in bed while we were enjoying the sound of the wave. I have never stayed in any bungalow
like this before.

There was a beach right under the bungalow called Ti-Bay. We were wearing the water shoes
provided by the hotel every time we took a walk there. Secret Bay could provide you with almost
everything, so pack lightly. We also went to see another beach close to Secret Bay, Secret Beach. We
rented a canoe to reach the beach. We were enjoying the beach so much since there were only both
of us there. Total privacy. I loved it.

Now about the staff. Everybody was great. When we were thinking about what to do and where
to go at the lobby, Melinda, one of the staff stepped in and helped us to plan all our activities. She
gave us a phone and we were able to get with all the staff members immediately. Everything Melinda
recommended was absolutely great. Tasha was our housekeeper. She is very sweet and very
professional. While we were exploring the beach and other places all day, she cleaned the mess we
made. We always got back to a nice clean and comfortable room every night. Our driver and guide
was Ryan. We liked him so much that we requested him every time we were touring for rather far
places.

My review may sound fake, but we couldn’t find anything negative to say about Secret Bay. We
are planning to return next year and maybe stay in one of the villas. I forgot to say, Dominica is the
most beautiful and natural island. I would highly recommend this place.
