Finding references
Text writers use pronouns instead of repeating the same word or name many times.
Pronoun can replace a single name or a group of names. It is important that you know the
referent of each pronoun.

Example:

Most people usually go shopping on Saturday. At this time, the shops are usually

very busy because people try to get the best items for the lowest price.
