                   Writing an Invitation Letter



                 Formal and Casual

                 An invitation letter is a written document that formally or informally invites someone to an event
                 or occasion. It can be used for various purposes, such as weddings, birthdays, business meetings,

                 or conferences. The letter typically includes details like the type of event, date, time, and
                 location. There are two types of invitation, formal and casual.
                 Formal      → Formal letter of invitation is used for official or special occasions, employing a
                             structured format and polite language.

                  Casual     → Casual letter of invitation is used for casual events among friends and family,
                             with a more relaxed and personal tone.
