Read the passage below and answer the questions that follow.
Shinta’s Secret to a Well-Organized Day
As a student, Shinta always tries to balance her schedule between academic and personal life, starting with
a healthy and organized morning routine. She wakes up early at 5 a.m. and does yoga to refresh her body and
mind. After that, she takes a bath and has a healthy breakfast. She never skips breakfast because she believes it
is the most important meal of the day.
Shinta follows a structured weekday schedule that helps her stay focused on her academic
responsibilities. Shinta usually leaves at 7 a.m. because she doesn’t want to arrive late for
her first class at 8 a.m. Shinta walks to university every morning because it is near her
boarding house. Shinta has classes from Monday to Friday until 3 p.m. She usually has
lunch at 12 p.m. and returns to her class at 1 p.m. After classes, she usually goes to the
library to study. She enjoys studying at the library because it is quiet and has many books
that help her with her studies. Shinta always avoids listening to music while studying
because she cannot concentrate with background noise. Then, she walks back to her
boarding house at 5 p.m.
Shinta ends her day with a well-balanced evening routine that includes family time, hobbies, and social
activities. While having dinner at 6 p.m., she usually calls her mother until 7 p.m. She likes to spend the next two
hours doing her relaxing hobbies. She loves reading novels and plans to read books with friends every weekend.
She sometimes watches movies together with them. She hates wasting time on unproductive things, such as
scrolling on her phone or watching random videos online. Then, she goes to bed at 9 p.m. and sleeps at around
10 p.m. with a feeling of satisfaction in having another well-organized day.
