                   4.  The  Environmental  Club  is  busy/flexible  because  it  runs  many  projects  like  clean-ups,  tree
                       planting, and awareness events.
                   5.  If  you  enjoy  meeting  new  people  and  joining  events,  the  Student  Council  is  a
                       very relaxing/social club.
                   6.  This  club  is  for  students  who  want  to  have  a  good  time,  not  for  people  who  are
                       too active/serious about winning.
                   7.  The Culinary Club is easy/hard to join because it welcomes all skill levels and provides simple
                       recipes to start with.
                   8.  The  Drama  Club  encourages  students  to  be  creative/serious  by  writing  scripts  and  acting  in
                       original plays.
                   9.  The  Chess  Club  is  very  collaborative/competitive,  as  members  often  join  local  and  national
                       tournaments.
                   10. The Yoga Club is flexible/challenging because it offers different class times to fit each student’s
                       schedule.

                 A descriptive text is a text that describes a subject in detail. It can be a person, a thing, a place, an

                 animal, or even an event in detail so that the reader can imagine it clearly.

                 Structure of Descriptive Text

                  Parts              Examples
                 1.  Identification   ➔  Introduce the subject you want to describe
                                     ➔  Give the name, category/type, and general information
                                     ➔  Examples:
                                        •  One of my favorite restaurants is Waroeng Steak & Shake.

                                        •  My grandmother is a kind and cheerful woman.
                                        •  Bali is one of the most beautiful islands in Indonesia.
                  2.  Description    ➔  Describe the subject in detail

                                        •  Appearance (size, shape, color, features)
                                        •  Qualities/Character (personality, atmosphere, mood)
                                        •  Parts/Components (rooms in a place, areas of a club, features of
                                            an object)
                                        •  Activities/Functions (what the subject does or is used for)

                                        •  Skills/Benefits (what you learn, gain, or enjoy from it)
