Nouns,  adjectives and adverbs


                 6   Countable and    uncountable    nouns
                                   •  Countable  nouns  are  things  that  can  be  counted:
                                     a  book,  two  cars,  three planes
                                   •  Uncountable  nouns  cannot be  counted  as  one,  two, three,  etc:
                                     milk,  water,  flour
                               >  Exercise  17:  if  we want  to  count these  things,  we  use  a  litre  of,  a  kilo  of,  etc.
                                  Note: Bread, cheese, butter, information, news, food, and money are all uncountable nouns.

                               >•  Exercise  14  for  some and  any.

                                  Write  'C  for  countable,  'U'  for  uncountable.
