1. Students are paired and each is assigned to act as (i) ministry

of tourism, (ii) ministry of environment and forestry, (iii)

ministry of education and culture, and (iv) ministry of finance.

2. Each group is given 10 minutes to discuss in group to propose

program/project/policy in the respective jurisdiction to cope

with the Covid-19 pandemic impacts.

3. Visual aid to illustrate the program/project/policy is required

(template provided).

4. Each group is given max 5 minutes to campaign the

program/project/policy and QnA session.
