                   Work in a group of 4 or 5, read the following conversation between a nurse and a patient with

                   hallucination, and discuss some questions that follow.
               1. Below are some recommended stages of care given by the nurse to the patient with hallucination.
                 Identify what parts in the dialogue belong to each stage.

                         A.  Nurse greets the patient and introduces herself.
                         B.  Nurse takes a respectful, instead of a condescending, tone.

                         C.  Nurse regulates her voice to a lower tone and slower rate.
                         D.  Nurse asks permission to do things to the patient.
                         E.  Nurse grounds the patient to reality by talking about items in the room.
                         F .   Nurse conveys that the nurse believes that the patient is seeing or hearing
                              things.
