Let’s make our own cover letter
Before making your own cover letter, take a good look at the following information.
Here are some aspects to be taken into account when
writing a cover letter: Here are some parts of a cover letter:
• The position for which you’re applying • Date and contact information
• How you found the job opening • Salutation/ greeting
• Why you want to work for the company • Opening paragraph
• Why you’re applying to the specific position • Middle paragraphs
you’re seeking • Closing paragraph
• The skills, experience, and work-related • Complimentary close and
personality traits that make you a great fit for signature

previous letter and identify the parts of the cover letter.
Here are some expressions for a cover letter in applying for a job.
Opening Paragraph:
• "I am writing to express my strong interest in the [position] advertised on your company's
website."
• "I was excited to come across the job posting for [position] and am eager to submit my
application."
• "Upon learning about the [position] opportunity at [company], I am enthusiastic about the
possibility of contributing my skills and experience."
