Forgive yourself for past mistakes. Forgiving ourselves is

so important. Don't live in the bad investments that

you've made, the dead-end job that you stayed in for too

long, the money you wasted on things that don't matter,

or even deeper things.

I worked with a client who had an abortion at 18 and

she was literally punishing herself subconsciously for it

year after year. During a session with me, we were

doing inner work and I discovered she was blocking her

manifestations because she hadn't forgiven herself for

a choice that she made over a decade ago.
