Visualization is a powerful tool because whenever we

have an idea or notion to do anything, we visualize it
first.

We use this force everyday but a lot of times we get

caught up in visualizing things that we don't want and

that does not serve us.

I practice visualizing my goals, dreams and desires daily

and it has had a tremendous impact on mylife!

If you would take 5-10 minutes of your day and visualize

the things you desire not the things you don't want you

will then start to see your world change.
