                By now, I'm sure you've heard of affirmations.
                Affirmations are positive, specific statements that help
                you to overcome self-sabotaging, negative thoughts.
                To get the best results from affirmations, it is best to

                write down 10-15 affirmations and say them in the

                morning as soon as you wake up and before bed.



                Through repetition, you train your subconscious mind to

                accept the positive affirmations and soon replace the


                negative self defeating thoughts.


                Implementing the right affirmations can be truly life

                changing. The key to this method being effective is

                believing in what you are saying!
