               individual.


               For most people the perfect morning routine includes,

               reading, journaling exercise, affirmations, meditation

               and going over their plans for the day.



               Use this workbook to help guide you as a part of your

               morning routine.


               Read through your goals and affirmations each

               morning.


               Use the following check list to create your perfect


               morning routine. Fill in the activities that you will do
               every morning and check them off each morning.


               After you have done this for 21 days it will become

               a habit.


               Habits rule our lives so it is best to put habits in

               place that will make us successful.


               Use the planner worksheets to plan out the important

               things that you must do each day.



               By following this guided workbook, you should see
