Backorders will be cancelled.

Freight:
USPS/Fed-Ex or house truckers will be used unless customer specifies otherwise. Freight charges will be calculated and added to all invoices.
Pricing:
Prices subject to change without prior notification. Prices in effect at time of delivery shall apply.
Minimum Orders:
Minimum order is $150.00. Order terms Prepaid (including freight estimate). Payment will be processed via PayPal. Payments must be drawn on U.S. Funds.
Shortages, Defectives, and Returns:
Claims for shortages, incorrect, or defective items must be submitted in writing within ten (10) days of receipt of shipment. Email orders@buzzyseeds.com
Any discrepancies or damages must be noted on the delivery receipt and communicated to Buzzy, Inc. at the time of delivery or no consideration will be given.
