                                   INGREDIENTS                          PREPARATION

                              1 tbsp medium shallot diced           Place all ingredients in a jar.
                                    1/3 cup olive oil              Cover and shake to combine
                                  2 tbsp lemon juice              ingredients well. Adjust to taste
                                   2 tbsp lime juice               by adding more syrup or salt.
                                                                    Use immediately on salad,
                                  2 tbsp orange juice               or store in refrigerator in an
                                2 tbsp pure maple syrup
