Order Policy: All orders are subject to acceptance by Maison Chic. All prices are subject to
change without notice. Maison Chic may adjust quantities to meet item minimums. Orders
with missing or invalid payment information automatically cancel after 60 days.

Shipping Policy: All orders are shipped from Atlanta, GA via UPS Ground. S&H charges
will be added to all invoices. A 5% handling charge is applied to orders less than $500 when
using customer’s shipping account.

Back Order Policy: Backorders over $100 will ship as soon as available unless otherwise
specified. Backorders under $100 will be shipped with next order unless otherwise
specified. Backorders with missing or invalid payment information will cancel at the end
of the calendar year if still unresolved. Freight on all backorders is the responsibility of the
customer.

Damage Policy: All damages, defectives, or shortages must be reported within seven (7)
days of receipt of merchandise. Credit will not be issued after this time.

Return Policy: Returns will not be accepted unless approved in advance by Customer
Service (1-800-653-5048). Customer is responsible for return freight and restocking fees.
Products must be received in original packaging. Price-tagged or shopworn merchandise
may not be returned. When returning damaged or defective product, credit will be issued
after return is inspected. A 15% restocking fee and freight charges may be applied if product
is found to be in sellable condition.

Refused orders will be assessed freight charges plus a 15% restocking fee.

Cancellation Policy: Customer is responsible for freight charges and restocking fees on
orders cancelled after shipment.

Safety Standards: All Maison Chic and London Bridge products meet or exceed US safety
standards.
