ORDER INFORMATION
• You may place your order by emailing us at wholesale@piecesofmeco.com where we will connect
you with a sales representative in your region.
• $800 Opening Order Minimum and $150 Re-order Minimum.

• You must maintain each listed products MSRP price.
• Shipments can be expected within 1-2 weeks of order receipts (longer during peak seasons).
• Pieces of Me must approve any retailers who wish to sell online.

• If an item in a package is not available we will notify the store account and ship the item when it
comes back in stock so that the order will not be held up.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Pieces of Me accepts all major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American
Express. All account information will be kept on file for future orders but will not be shared with third
parties. All first-time orders will be billed to a credit card and all cards will be charged on requested
dates or within one week of it’s scheduled ship date. If there is a delay in a credit card going through,
the order will be shipped 3 business days from the date of payment.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

FedEx and USPS are our primary methods of shipping.
Each order is expected to ship in a 1-2 week turnaround time from when Pieces of Me receives the order.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

Pieces of Me stands behind the qualtity of its products with a lifetime guarantee. Every product must
be registered online within 60 days of purchasing or receiving to be backed by the lifetime guarantee.
Pieces of Me will replace a registered piece at any time for a nominal shipping and processing fee- no
questions asked.
