ORDERING INFORMATION
Minimum Order: $125
Unit Minimums: 2 per style
Shipping Terms and Conditions: All shipments are FOB, Sarasota, FL and are shipped Best Way via UPS, Fedex or LTL depending on
the quantity and destination and will be added to Buyer invoice.
Turnaround Time: Between January and October orders are typically lled in one to three weeks a er receipt of order and/or
approved artwork (if custom program). From October 21st to December 31st, allow an extra 1-2 weeks.
Payment Terms: Net 30 day terms may be established with an approved Credit Application. Orders may also be paid by Credit Card
for purchases under one thousand dollars. Credit Cards are charged on the day of shipment so that actual published freight charges
can be included. All past due accounts are subject to a 1.5% nance charge on the overdue balance. ere is an automatic $25
charge for any returned checks. Late paying accounts will revert to prepay or credit card status. An order cannot be cancelled once
it has entered production. Any claims or returns must be made no more than ve days a er receiving the product. Refused orders
will be charged the incoming freight plus a 20% restocking fee.
