Turn hazard flashers on
Put your triangles off
Tractor#, Trailer#, Driver name Location
o What highway/road, mile marker, closest city/town
o Shoulder of the road or ramp - need exit # What is the issue? Have an idea of what is wrong.
o Fault code if there is one
o Tractor or trailer
o Tires: which one and what is wrong with it
If damage was caused please take pictures. o Different angles
o Close up picture
o Wide area of damage
If Volvo issue, write down codes, see if Volvo can help if not serious. Then
