has recognized this problem and has invested in a device to help our drivers. TireMaax helps by maintaining tire pressure even if the tire has a consistent and steady air leak. The device operates off the trailer air supply system.
In the event a tire is flat or leaking, the device will supply air to maintain proper pressure. When running, a white indicator light will illuminate
(see attached pictures).
Please note, whenever the indicator light is glowing, air is being supplied
to an underinflated tire. This is your warning to get out and check your trailertiresforpuncture,wear,ordamage. THISSYSTEMDOESNOT REPLACE A PROPER PRE/POST TRIP INSPECTION! You must still complete your inspection looking for tread depths, irregular wear, debris between tires, and audible airs leaks among other hazards.
