Fuel Card Fraud - Please be sure to contact the office if you have any issues with your fuel card ASAP. As you know fraud has become a bigger issue in our industry. There are two reasons why a
fuelcardwillbeplacedonfraudhold. First,ifourfuelcardcompany(EFS)hasdeterminedaloca- tion to have been hit with fraud, they will shut down all cards that have previously put fuel on
at those locations as a safety measure. This will also require the driver to get a new fuel card. Secondly, if the fraudsters get our card information and try to use that to purchase fuel, this willalsotriggerafraudhold. EFScandeterminethatbylocationandmultipleattemptsand
will automatically turn them off. In both cases the cards will be on hold. We are still able to help
youifyouareontheroad. Dependingonthetypeoffraud,wecaneitherdoacardoverrideorwecanalso callinandhaveEFSturnonthefuelcardforaperiod. Pleaseplanaccordingly!
