PRO Resources has been a Professional Employment Organization (PEO) since 1991 and specializes in outsourced Human Resources. We provide a comprehensive service model that includes Employee Administration, Payroll Administration, Benefits Administration, Workers’ Compensation/Risk Management, Wellness Programs and more. PRO Resources currently has over 400 clients, primarily in North Dakota, Minnesota, and the upper Midwest. PRO Resources is headquartered in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota with Branch Offices in Fargo, Grand Forlks, Duluth, St Cloud, and Souix Falls.
PRO Resources serves over 7,000 employees that span across 43 states. Each client ranges in employee size from 5 to 800 employees and they belong to various industries: Non-Profit Organizations, Government, Financial Institutions, Transportation, Retail, Professional, Manufacturing, Farming, Health Care, Airports, and more.
In the past three years PRO Resources has added 149 new clients and we have provided a variety of services that would include: Human Resources, Payroll and Compliance services, Employee Benefits, Plans and Administration, Cloud-based HRIS Technology, Workplace Safety Training and Workers Compensation, Claims Management, Unemployment, COBRA, Employee Assistance Program, Wellness and Wellbeing Services.
