 Client Support
 Leveraging technology, PRO can reach companies all over the United States and provide similar services to a business leader who is 1,000 miles away or our next-door neighbor. While technology aids in our success, we are unlike a large PEO in that our employees are extremely dedicated and willing to travel to provide a service to our clients. We are not just a call-center, we will work with our clients in-person when needed as well.
Our clients typically dictate the level of support they desire. Support is an area we work closely with our clients on to ensure their needs are met or exceeded. Support is provided to clients and client employees, and any other person deemed approved to receive client information. An example would be the client’s accountant. Hours of support are generally 8am-5pm Monday through Friday; however, our team is very dedicated and if a situation arises outside of those hours, we will work with you to the extent we’re able with staffing. Our headquarters are in Detroit Lakes (MN), with offices also in Fargo (ND), Duluth (MN), St. Cloud (MN), and Sioux Falls (SD). Support is provided by email, phone, virtual connections, or in-person when needed.
Escalations or urgent issues are very situational and depend on the issue at hand. It’s difficult to outline every issue that may arise, but please know we handle serious issues with the utmost urgency and respect.
We want to meet and exceed expectations, so it’s essential we understand those expectations first from our client.
