The PB&H Roll Up
This particular recipe came to be because my boyfriend, after I asked him if he wanted a quick
pizza made with naan we had leftover from the weekend, mentioned that he liked his naan with
peanut butter and honey. Neither of these things are what naan is technically for, I know, but -
peanut butter and honey? I had to. And now it's probably going to be one of the things that keeps
me sustained during late night writing sessions. And it's so easy and delicious!
Single Piece of Naan Slather Naan with Peanut Butter, then drizzle the
2 Tbsp of Peanut Butter honey. Place it on a microwave safe plate and heat for
2 Tbsp Honey 30 seconds. Roll it while it's still warm and BAM -
instant comfort sweets!
Bonus Beverage:
Tummy Warming, Sleep-inducing Hot Toddy
This is really for my writer buds, in particular, but is obviously good for all who are of the proper
age to enjoy an adult beverage before bed. I've enjoyed this when I've needed to unwind after a
long day of writing or day jobbing; this even gets me through my worst sinus infections and
allergy act-ups. Also a simple recipe, this is just the perfect drink to get your tummy warm and
your brain "buttery" and ready for bed.
8-10 oz. of your favorite
hot black or green tea Once your tea is properly steeped, pour in your
1-2 oz. of your favorite whiskey. Squeeze in your lemon, then add honey. Sip
whiskey (Jameson for slowly, and remember how hard you work and how
me!) much you deserve this moment. <3
