Late Coming Policy
The school’s late coming policy states that:
1. All students should be present at the campus by ……………………… a.m.
2. All students are required to be present at the circle time every day.
3. School gates close’ at ……………………. a.m. If a student reaches school after the gates are closed they
are required to submit their diaries to the teacher in charge.
4. If a student continues to be late for more than three days the parents are required to meet the
Co-ordinator/Mentor.
I will In Sha Allah try my best to send my ward to school on time.

School’s Dress Code Policy
1. Parents to ensure that their child goes to school in the school designated uniform.
2. If due to some reason the child goes to school without proper uniform, parents to ensure that a
written letter of permission is submitted to the teacher.

I will try my best to send my child in proper uniform. I will also send an extra pair of uniform with the child
for use in case of an emergency at school.

School’s Lunch/Short Break Policy
1. Students need to carry healthy lunch to school every day.
2. Parents are requested to avoid foods with high sugar content.
3. Junk food is not allowed at school.
4. Students need to carry a napkin and a plate along with the tiffin bag.
I will ensure that I pack the tiffin bag in accordance with the school’s policy.
