REQUEST SUPPORT FROM PARENTS …..

1. Parents are requested to co-operate with the school in its attempt to help the child by paying attention
to their regularity, punctuality and by taking interest in their work.
2. Parents are requested to fill in the personal details form and the health history form present in the
handbook.
3. They should check the handbook of their child every day and ensure the checklists in the handbook are
updated and look out for any other instructions/ circulars sent by the teacher.
4. Parents are requested to inform the school if there is any change in address.
5. Parents are requested to strictly follow the school’s policies.

6. If the parent feels the need to inform the concerned teacher regarding their child, they are requested
to write a note in the parent’s remarks page at the last page of the dairy.
7. Parents can meet the co-ordinator or the Head Mistress at the allotted time. They can meet the
class teachers only after school hours.
8. Parents are requested not to disturb students and teachers during school hours and follow the
timings strictly.
9. If parents wish to meet in between school hours, they are requested to take an appointment through the
school’s contact number.

Note: Due to emergency or sudden contingency, appointments may be cancelled or postponed. Parents
are requested to please co-operate. In case of an emergency, please state the reason in the reception
and your request will In Sha Allah be processed.
