What Do I Have to Do Before Getting My Device?
● All families MUST enroll the student device at ​www.one2onerisk.com​ and choose to either accept or decline the insurance option. For more information on the insurance program please go ​here.
● Any Parent who declines insurance and wants to enroll later will have to reach out to One2One helpdesk email - ​ggb.one2one@ajg.com​, they will get your account reset so that you can opt in at that time. Any Parent who declines insurance and does not opt in if the device breaks, is responsible for the full cost of that device.
● All families must fill out the ​Family Device Agreement Signature​ page and turn it prior to receiving the device.
*Note - When enrolling you will need the student’s ID number, this can be found by logging into Sapphire Community Web Portal - ​​here.
