INTERNATIONAL CULTURAL NIGHT

GUIDELINES FOR PERFORMANCES FROM PARTICIPATING COUNTRIES
In view of the upcoming Rotary Institute 2025, Genting Highlands, we are writing to request for performances from participating
countries with the following guidelines:

TYPE OF PERFORMANCE: Dance, Singing & Musical Instrument
NUMBER OF PERFORMERS: Group or Solo
DURATION OF PERFORMANCE: NOT more than 5 minutes
THEME OF PERFORMANCE: cultural; modern; etc
MUSIC ACCOMPLIMENT: Please attach the song / background music/ visuals for each performance.
ANY SPECIFIC REQUEST:

PLEASE NOTE: Full staging, LED Screens, full lighting and audio will be used to accompany and add feel and mood to each
performance.
All participating countries must confirm their performances by 1 November 2025 to enable the organising team to allocate the
st
slot and to coordinate all audio visual accordingly. Base on the performance and timing a slot will be allocated in the program
and informed accordingly
