Jimmie Mesis, Owner, USAbugsweeps.com
Jimmie is recognized as an expert in the field of residential Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) bug sweeps. He served
with the United States Marine Corps and has extensive TSCM training by both CIA and Department of Defense operators. He gained
national recognition as a featured investigator for the History Channel television series, “Operation Reunion.” There, he located and
reunited soldiers who had not seen each other since the battlefields of the Korean and Vietnam Wars given nothing more than the
subject’s last names. He’s also been featured in the FX television series, P.I., and as a guest on various national radio and television
shows including FOX News Network, CNN’s Larry King Live and ABC World News Tonight. Jimmie is a court recognized expert witness,
a Board Accredited Investigator (BAI) and a Licensed Professional Investigator (LPI) with more than three decades of professional
investigative experience.

Sandra Wipperman, Owner, Holler Research, GmbH
A third-generation private investigator of Holler Research GmbH which was founded in Germany in 1948 by her grandfather Karl
Holler. A trained trade economist, certified fraud manager, and patent counsel / adviser, among her area of specialization are, in the
investigation of transnational infringements of intellectual property rights supporting medium-sized companies, corporations and
law firms in national and international patent disputes and trademark infringements. Her work includes facilitating border seizure
including training customs in the distinction between original and counterfeit. Holler Research is a recipient of the OSPA award
(Outstanding Security Performance Award) as “outstanding investigator” from the German industry and security authorities for their
international investigations

Julie Jones, CEO, Human-I Intelligence Services, Inc
A former British Police Detective Julie Jones is the founder and CEO of Human-i.
Julie is a recognized international expert in human trafficking and has conducted diagnostic studies, analyzing and advising
on institutional and judicial capacity to fight human trafficking, organized crime, money laundering and corruption.
Julie was recently appointed as the Senior Police Consultant on Sexual and Gender-Based Violence for the National Police Force in
Guyana. A bestselling author, international speaker, and former cast member on award-winning factual reality UK TV series, Hunted,
Julie continues to work closely with media agencies as a consultant and researcher. She is a licenced private investigator in British
Columbia and sits on the Advisory Council for the Anti-Trafficking Intelligence Initiative.

Kitty Hailey, CLI, Author
An investigator of long standing, her area of concentration is criminal defense, civil rights and wrongful convictions she has
become known in the profession as The Ethicist. Twenty years ago Kitty authored the seminal book on ethics for Investigators.
The Code of Professional Conduct: Standards and Ethics for the Investigative Profession is now in its 4th revision and is available in
both paper and digital format. She has long been an advocate for professionalism and has worked tirelessly to enhance the image
and the quality of investigators around the world. In 2023 Kitty was named one of 50 Women Over 50 by Forbes Magazine.
