Hello Members!

Dear colleagues from around the globe,
The AGM in Vancouver is now a wonderful
        memory. The conference was impeccably
organized and took place in one of Canada’s
        finest hotels. Participants enjoyed themselves
immensely and benefited from a series of
        engaging seminars.

The boat cruise, in particular, will be a lasting VICE PRESIDENT
memory for all who attended. However, it’s
important to note that an event can only
be as good as the people who attend it. We
were fortunate to have such a remarkable
group of friends and colleagues from all over
the world join us. It was truly a gathering of
outstanding individuals, and this made the
        event all the more special.

As we bid farewell to the festive season, with
our New Year’s cards reaching hopefully
their intended destinations, we look ahead to
the challenges and opportunities that 2024
holds. Looking further ahead, I can hardly contain my excitement for the upcoming AGM in
Kuala Lumpur. I’m already convinced that it will be an exceptionally engaging event.

Benjamin Franklin was a man no doubt well-versed in conflict resolution. The quote above deals with conflict
resolution by reminding us that resolution includes being cautious about saying the wrong thing out of frustration.
