Gumshoe Life, and have turned the day-to-day
operations of Gaslamp Quarter Investigations
and P.I. Museum over to Tomas A. Chavez.
Together, we present “Old School” as well as
today’s exciting “New School” to our clients. WITS
has been with me since I began my practice in
The Historic Gaslamp Quarter (1978).
“Walk In The Shade” is about a San Diego Private
Eye “coincidentally” named Ben Harroll. When
I first met young French filmmaker Michael
Midoun I was half my age of 82 today. He was
also younger but was openly driven to convey our
world through this film project.
Gaslamp Quarter, an idea not yet realized,
had once hosted generations of military during
WW I & II, Korea, and Vietnam. It had a certain
