4. REPORTING
4.1 Host club Primary Contacts are requested to update DRFC 3 monthly
on the status of their application/project progress.
4.2 Clubs are requested to submit a report together with photos to the
TRF Committee:
a. June 2022 (before the close of this rotary year)
b. Once the Global Grant project is completed.
4.3 DRFC to submit a report to Clubs an update on Global Grant Projects
and DDFs at the end of each Rotary year.
Note : Images of people in action. Photos that explain the projects. Avoid photos of children.
