For many years, it was a law that hospitals dripped silver solutions into the eyes of
newborns to make sure they would not go blind if their mother had gonorrhea. The
silver solutions used for this were very black and ugly to look at, and there was no
question that babies were treated with them if the telltale black eyes could still be
seen days later. Since this silver solution was not only very cheap, but also
absolutely effective against almost all diseases, the pharmaceutical companies of the
time could not make any money out of it. With the help of this lobby, it was not a big
problem to establish their limited range antibiotics very successfully in their place by
means of media advertising over time.

The "outdated" silver solutions were successively displaced, with the new, more
modern broad-spectrum antibiotics and their selective forms of application being
promoted and supported at all levels as a substitute. Now every physician could
prescribe certain antibiotics, which were created in pharmaceutical laboratories to kill
specific microbes. But if this method did not work or the patient had another microbe,
then another antibiotic was simply prescribed.

Since there was no money to be made with the cheap colloidal silver, which now
literally kills all disease-causing microbes, it was no longer noticed by pharmaceutical
research companies worldwide and was gradually removed from medical teaching
and teaching subjects.
It was no longer even available in medically standardized supply units.

Colloidal silver is a great product, but your health is the most
important thing.
