Lenny Waldhauser, Riverton Insurance Agency Corp.
As the CEO and Founder of Riverton Insurance Agency Corporation, Lenny focuses on
developing and leveraging Riverton and its family of brands to successfully create value
for professional service firms. Lenny’s diverse 30-year insurance career is comprised
of leading successful teams in brokerages, program administrators, and insurance
companies, as well as holding senior underwriting positions with Chubb, XL Insurance,
and Victor O. Schinnerer, a subsidiary of Marsh, Inc. Prior to establishing Riverton, Lenny
was a senior corporate executive at RLI Insurance Company where he led the creation
and launch of the Professional Services Group and Lindbergh Insurance Agency.
Lenny is a nationally recognized authority and speaker on professional liability insurance
matters as well as the new “insure-tech” changes that are sweeping the industry. Lenny specializes in E&O insurance,
Professional Liability insurance, and Building Disruptive Operational Platforms.
Kirby Hill, Skyward Specialty Insurance
Kirby has served as Skyward’s President of Industry Solutions, Captives and Programs
since December 2010. Prior to joining Skyward Specialty Insurance Group, he was
Chief Executive Officer at Norwich Holding Co., LLC from February 1998 to December
2010. Kirby holds a Bachelor of Economics from Villanova University. With 30+ years
of experience in all facets of the insurance business including agency, captive, and
underwriting operations, Kirby brings tremendous value to the Company handling MGA
partnerships, specialty distribution, and niche industry businesses.

Karen Clark is Co-founder and CEO of Karen Clark & Company (KCC) and a leading global
authority on catastrophe risk assessment and management. Ms. Clark founded the first
catastrophe modeling company and is credited with creating the catastrophe modeling
industry. The probabilistic catastrophe modeling techniques and innovative technologies
she pioneered decades ago revolutionized the way insurers, reinsurers, and other financial
institutions assess and manage their catastrophe risk.
Ms. Clark continues to drive innovation and under her leadership, KCC has taken the
powerful invention of the catastrophe model to the next level of sophistication by
introducing more transparent and accurate models along with the first open loss modeling
platform, RiskInsight®.
KCC has introduced multiple innovative technologies, such as daily Live Event tracking, Characteristic Events (CEs),
and advanced tools for creating customized model components. KCC Reference Models currently cover over 50
countries, the perils of hurricane, earthquake, severe convective storm, wildfire and flood, and are used by global
reinsurers, insurers, and ILS investors.
Ms. Clark has been recognized for her contributions to the insurance industry, including being honored as Woman
of the Year by the Association of Professional Insurance Women (APIW) in 2001. In 2007, she was honored with an
award certificate for the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize bestowed on the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC)
