EXTERIOR SIGNS

Exterior signs are used to identify and showcase a business.
Designs need to be simple but yet e ective. Signs must

follow guidelines of local jurisdiction and the rules of
management companies. The allowable is best found out

before you sign a lease.

LED has become the standard method of lighting. Acrylic
face colors are more limited. Many choose a white face

and then apply an overlay of translucent vinyl.

Other options are router cut lettering or plastic formed letters
when internal illumination is not needed or allowed.

Many professional o ce complexes only allow a standard
font for all of their tenants.
