Serves: 6   A light, fresh watermelon salad with cucumbers, creamy
                            feta  cheese,  many  fresh  herbs and  a bright  honey-lime
                            dressing!
                               Serve it along with other favorite summer dishes, like
        LUNCH               grilled chicken skewers, kofta, grilled shrimp, salmon,
                            grilled zucchini salad, guacamole and more! It’s easily the
                            perfect dish for your next neighborhood party!

        THE MEDITERRANEAN REFRESH  INGREDIENTS  INSTRUCTIONS
               Watermelon & Mint Salad








               FOR THE HONEY
                                      1.  Whisk together the honey, lime juice, olive oil
               VINAIGRETTE:
               2 tbsp. honey
                                      2.  In a large bowl, combine the watermelon,
               2 tbsp. lime juice     and salt in a small bowl. Set aside.
