Statement

You will only be able to view the manuals for which you are certified. Please complete e-
trainings and keep your Service Managers and Training Department informed of the field
service tasks completed so that you are given credit and able to view the manuals needed.

Instructions

As mentioned in the slide overview, you will need to have an active myPlant account and will
not be able to view any manuals for which you lack the proper certification.

Step 1. Log into your active myPlant account

Step 2. Once logged in, click on Knowledge Management>Documents and
Downloads>Downloads>Jenbacher Reader.

Note: You will need to know which OS you have, 32 bit or 64 bit. To find this out, click on the
windows icon in the far left of the task bar. Then go to control panel>right
click>properties>your system type will be seen under system in the middle of the page. See
example below.

Step 3. Once you know the system type, click on it to download the reader.

Step 4. The reader will then begin to download at the bottom of your page. Next to
the download, click on the arrow facing up>click open when done.

Step 5. When the file is done downloading, a new window will open. Click Run and the reader
will complete the install.

Step 6. Once the reader is complete. Click on the windows symbol on the task bar that was
clicked on previously to find the system type. Above All Programs, you will see a GE symbol
and the file Jenbacher Reader.
