Dear Sharon,
A job is more than work.
A job provides necessary income for employees and their family. Most of us don' t think about it much, but it also makes us independent. The same goes for people with disabilities.
Jim never imagined he'd be someone who needed job training- until he had a stroke at 36.
After completing physical rehab he joined MDI and is mastering operation of a sonic welder. Jim knows his family can still depend on him.
The impact of your gift is crystal clear to Jim.
Your continued support gives people with disabilities a sense of success – often for the first time in their lives. Thank you!
Sincerely,
Eric Black President & CEO
