At the outset I convey my good wishes to Adv. Samir Jani, National Deputy President, AIFTP, Adv Bhaskar
Patel, President Emeritus, CGCTC, Mr. Himanshu Vaghela, Conference Chairman, Adv. Vijay Shah,

organizing theNational Tax Conference “Arthyog”at Vadodara on 4 May, 2024 which is being organised
at Vadodara.

We are grateful to Chief Guest Hon'ble Mr. Justice K APuj, RetdJudge, Gujarat High Court for addressing
the National Tax Conference and sharing his rich experience.

The subjects chosen for the NTC are Scrutiny Assessment & Audit under GST Act; Reassessment u/s
148/ 153C of Income Tax Act; Faceless Assessments & Appeals and AIS under Income Tax as well as
Recent Developments under GST Act. All topics are quite relevant.

My appreciation and thanks to all the Learned Chairpersons Adv. JD Nankani, Sr. Adv. Premlata Bansal,
Adv. Nikita Badheka, Adv. Vinayak Patkar. We also acknowledge the support of Ld. Speakers Dr Girish
