WORDS FROM OUR SERVICE AWARD HONOREES
"MWC is the most like a family than any other place I’ve worked.
There may still be arguments over the table, but I think we’re all
on same team. I believe there is a great camaraderie in the
mission of providing water to our customers. Everyone puts the
customer first. I think there is good access to people across the
company. The doors to people in charge aren’t closed to people
who have something to say. (I’m not suggesting you can walk
into Dennis Doll's office to discuss your fantasy football team,
but you’d get a fair response)."
